Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if: 

  • Order was damaged in transit.
  • Order was Incorrect.

This is highly unlikely, but we might have a room for human error. If for some reason if you receive a defective products from us, you may be able to return the same.



How soon do I have to make exchange request ?

You can do so by sending us an email on  shopmalof@gmail.com within 48 hours of the package delivery along with order number. Moreover, You must send us an unboxing with no cuts and editing, the video should include the opening of the mailing package till the defect being showcased clearly as a proof of damaged or incorrect product. Breach of this policy can lead to rejection of return requests. Then you may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging.

How does the return/exchange process work ?

Once we receive the request for exchange, our Quality Control Team will confirm whether the product is approved for return, if your product is approved for return then you can ship the product back at the given address in the mail within 48 hours of the return request accepted. Please note one way shipping charges has to be borne by you.

When will I receive the refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE-

 

Package lost in shipment sent by you. Package refused by recipient

  • Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
  • Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
  • Incorrect delivery address and failed delivery attempt by our courier agent which will lead to package being shipped back to us, In that case you will have to bear the shipping charges again.
  • If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged in any way
